As animation complexity depends greatly on the level of detail, whether that's the character itself or the action it is undergoing, my prices are priced by individual frame count (if you buy a frame by frame animation), as compared to pricing an animation in it's entirety. This means that as a buyer, you will have to provide me the amount of frames you are willing to pay for and a final cost amount will be determined.
